Domain name registration under ".hu" top level domain is possible for EU citizens and companies without any special formalities.

Domain name registration under ".hu" top level domain is possible for foreign clients who are not domiciled in the EU, if they have a valid trademark in Hungary. The domain is useable without any limitation through the assistance of our office before granting the trademark as well. The client should authorize us with the registration. In advance we prepare an agreement in Hungarian and in English about the assignment of the domain. We file a trademark application in Hungary and assign the domain after granting the trademark.
