Hungarian patent
In Hungary patents enjoy protection for 20 years. The maintenance is due from the first year, but only need to be paid after the publication. The publication of the Hungarian search report may follow or may concur with the publication of the application. The substantive examination should be requested within 6 months after the publication of the search report.
We request for filing a patent application the followings:
- actual description, claims, abstract, drawings,
- certified priority copy
- English (or German) translation of the priority copy,
- signed Power of Attorney, without legalization.
We request for urgent filing:
- actual description, claims, abstract, drawings
We have to file the application in Hungarian. We can file the translation, the priority copy, and the power of attorney later.
